Start With A "Why?"
On days that I lack the desire to get out of bed, I must ask myself: "Why?"
There are many "Whys" that could explain the lack of motivation — ranging from environment to pathophysiology — but the most important one is the "Why" to live… and if the "Why To Live" is not powerful enough to propel you to start the day, then most likely the "Why To Live" is the problem. A "Why" that is not clear enough.
Isn’t this the reason why most successful people always make time to pause and reflect? To clean up their mind and dust off the unnecessary? Actually, isn’t a successful man the one that endlessly finds meaning and happiness through his suffering in pursuit of his daily fulfillment of his "Why"?
As per Friedrich Nietzsche:
"He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how."
